It takes a village.

Jeff Juip, Owner

Jeff appreciating a moment’s respite.

Jeff stumbled into owning Revel Ranch at the behest of his persuasive wife, Lori. Working on commercial architecture by trade, Jeff appreciates the endless opportunities presented by Revel to design & build in real life, rather than on paper. Specializing in fence building and tractoring about, there literally would be no Revel without Jeff’s myriad skills, both in design & the straight-up building of things.

Katie O’Neil, Assistant Trainer

Katie & Revel mare Wynslet.

USDF Bronze medalist Katie O’Neil is an accomplished horsewoman originally hailing from the Boston area, where she rode under USET Grand Prix listed trainer Kathy Crosby. Making Utah her home was a natural move for Katie, who loves trail running in the mountains & recently completed her first 50k trail run!

Katie has competed through 4th level & in the process of completing her USDF “L” Program for learner judges. She brings a kind approach to the horses & riders of Revel Ranch!

Danielle D’Agostino, Manager

Danielle, Ham the Pug & Aran, the good boy.

Danielle is the key to Revel Ranch operations! Hailing originally from the Chicago area, Danielle spent the last 7 years running a busy lesson barn in Colorado before joining the UT gang.

Danielle has great attention to detail & a non-stop work ethic, both vital to our day-to-day operations. She knows horses, wants to improve her knowledge of dressage with Danish gelding Ghost (by Grand Galaxy Win,) whom she imported a year ago from his native Denmark.

A gentle overseer, Danielle shares her Revel Ranch abode with Ham the pug & Sunny, her dedicated German Shepherd.

Jesus Rincon, Barn Staff

Jesus & Revel filly, Tetris

Jesus helps with day-to-day operations at the Ranch. Originally from Colombia, Jesus has a lifetime of horse experience & serves as our eyes, as he prepares horses for their daily work.

His expertise is key to keeping the horses healthy & happy in their work, as he goes over their bodies, checking for any problems or subtle scrapes, stemming from their time in the paddocks.

Jesus loves to learn & prides himself on being a quick study, as he finds continuing ways to be efficient in his role.

Summer Keller, Barn Staff

Summer & Barbarella S, Hanoverian Inspection Futurity

We can’t say enough great things about Summer. Basically, Summer gives us faith in the future of humanity, with her common sense & reliability. She’s a junior at South Summit High School, where she’s on the Honor Roll & on the Track team. Summer loves the horses & like the rest of the team, treats them like her own.

She loves reading, is part of the high school cross country team & wants to go to vet school one day. When she’s not riding her horse, Charlie, Summer likes hanging out with her twin brother.
